Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (United States Only)

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international or overseas shipping at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been received.
During high-demand periods (such as holidays or new product launches), processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, package size, and destination.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier used, but most orders arrive within:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days after processing

Please note that delivery delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily use USPS, UPS, and FedEx for deliveries.
You may select your preferred carrier at checkout (when options are available).

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [your email address] with photos of the damage.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will assist as much as possible to help resolve the issue.

Pre-Orders or Backordered Items

If your order includes pre-ordered or backordered items, your entire order may be held until all items are available for shipment unless otherwise noted.
